Do Wal mart gift cards expires?

Answers: no they dont as long as there money on it then you can keep it for 100 years and that money is still is gong to be on the card I know because I work their.
I don't know about Wal-mart specifically but several states have enacted laws to prohibit this practice. The state always trumps the company.

Expire gift cards is a shady practice since they already have your money. I tend to never support companies that charge a fee or expire their cards.
nope, not at all

i guess that's one good thing about Walmart I like

Debt and mound cross-question?

I have a debt near bank of America. I hold since made a payment plan next to a collection agency in directive to pay this past its sell-by date. If i take a check to them so that I can bread it will they keep my money since i owe them? Or will it not be a problem since i enjoy a pymnt plan?

Answers: Believe it or not, I had impossible to tell apart problem. I had an story with this vicious mound, as well as credit cards. I never be late on my credit card payments and at first I get a good rate. One morning I opened my bill, and the rate be 32%! I was stunned! I call the bank and their answer be..."We feel we own a right to stay competitive and we can charge a higher rate when necessary"
What the hell does that aim? Anyway, I stay away from this bank and dosh my check elsewhere if I have to, even at a checkcashing store.
By the means of access, I told BOA to eat the bill, they aint getting a dime from me. I surface they betrayed my trust and basically spit on my respect by paying in good time. Now they can eat it!

If your debts are beside third shindig collection agencies, is in attendance a course to work near them?

They always want the full amount or a breakdown surrounded by a short period ,which if you couldn't perceptibly can't pay monthly, is virtually impossible. Gone thru debt supervision but fell out after 2 years due to unemployment. The debts are very soon 3 to 4 years old. What is the statute for California?

Answers: California Statutes of Limitation

Written agreements: 4 years, calculated from the date of breach.

Oral agreements: 2 years.

The statute of reduction is stopped only if the debtor make a payment on the side after the expiration of the applicable limitations period.

It looks similar to these debts are beyond the limitations, hence the reason why they want a expense, to stop the clock from running. It appears they cannot take you to court to collect, adjectives they can do is try and collect.

You could just linger it out. They will be deleted from your credit report after 7 yrs and 180 days from the date of the later missed payment.

M.G. There are some important things that are missing within the question. Is it small set off? Example $2,000 or lower more than likely they will of late harass you. Sounds approaching they are past the stage of allowed resolution. If I were you I would propose 30% down with payments until its remunerated off. You want to variety sure they stop the interest thats why you tempt them with the %30. Also, that will allow you to income the "Balance in Full" which is other the best for your credit.

Please DO NOT use settlement company's. They will get you like peas in a pod deal that you can bring back if you negoitate. "Settled in Full" however surrounded by present tense save money in the long run hurts you and your credit for 7 years. Plus, at hand are tax implication to settling these debts. That no one seem to talk nearly.
