Answers: Do you requirement this to prove your name at the DMV to bring a learner permit? If yes, I own the same problem. I know Stop and Shop issues check-cashing cards, but the holder's heading does not appear on their cards... Have you found anything?

I haven't seen or used one within ages, but it use to be that all grocery stores required you to compress out paperwork (name, employer, bank report etc) and then issued a check cashing card. If you didn't own a check cashing card, they wouldn't take your checks. Every grocery store have their own and some were just good surrounded by just that one locaton.
