We are financing our car through a Federal Credit Union. Our loan is pretty big so I ignore the statements they transport me because it will be several years before the loan is compensated off. The other morning, I took a good look at the statement and realize that the lender put all my fee towards the finance charge and nought was credited. Isn't this unofficial? I am going to ask for duplicate statements to see how long they have kept this up. What feat should I take?
