Closed a credit description near a set off 2 years ago, remunerated it, very soon what?
I closed my credit card that had a go together on it 2 years ago, partly out of ignorance, but I couldn't stand the dishonest company anymore. I have been making payments on the closed story until the present, did miss two, and finally paid the full be a foil for that was moved out 2 weeks ago. I called the company after I made the harmonize payment to request a memorandum that my closed account be paid surrounded by full. They said "no because collections closed it", I told them in reality that I had closed it, he consequently said "oh yes you did, then collections closed it again sometime after you because of two past due payments." Is this possible? What effect will this have on my credit report? What can I do from here?Answers: s
man ol' man
those folks are something else; you will probably achieve a big run around from everybody
you can NOT dispute the item because that item belongs to you; you can however contact that collection agency and request for them to submit an accurate report on that account that will echo closed and paid within full
most times, if they put "closed by creditor" then most probable they wont change that but it wont hurt to ask
verbs your own credit report(s), Experian, TransUnion and Equifax... dispute the account as rewarded in full.
Good luck
Past Due Hospital Bill ?
I received a notice from a collection agency for a previous due hospital bill, this is from 2003. I contacted them once, and now they started tack on more interest. This is not on my credit report at all. What should I do ? I can not afford to earnings all that interest. Serious answers just, please.Answers: First of all, if it is a legal debt of yours, you can tell the collection agency to NOT contact you again going on for this debt. Then you need to ring up the hospital and tell them you want to pay envelope the debt, but you need to set up a grant plan with them. By imperative the agency has to stop calling you and the hospital have to work with you so you can retribution them directly. You are not required to pay a collection agency, but you call for to pay the hospital. Just explain to them how much you can afford to pay monthly and later do it.
i would not worry if its not on the credit by this time if they put it subsequent you can dispute it hospital usually keep files single 5 years or to be on the safe side telephone call a credit counselor

Debt validation is the best weapon against debt collectors. Do not natter to them on the phone anymore. Instead tell them that they own five business day (by law) to distribute you a letter explaining approach they have be calling you. Once you get that memorandum, fire back beside a "debt validation" letter. Make them verify that the debt is yours and that they own a legal right to collect from you. Send the message by certified mail and save copies for your records.
