I recently signed up for Bodog and sportsline but when I tried to buy credits using a debit card (which can be used as a credit card) It be rejected several times. I have more than satisfactory money on the card and rechecked the information i provided several times. The other poster is correct. Any U.S. issued Visa or MasterCard can no longer be used for making a bet. Yes, sometimes it will go through but sometimes it will not. This also apples to Other countries if their ridge is owned or controlled by a U.S. bank.

Since you talked to Midland Funding and tried to work out a traffic the SOL starts then. So I suppose using SOL won't work. You really have 2 option here. You can let the Courts issue a judgement or report bankruptcy which will stop the judgement. Either one will hurt your credit.
