Credit issues!!?
I am 27 and have not salaried creditors for around 5 years. I have lone been working leisure and am alone with 2 children. will credit administration companies still be able to facilitate me? I am still only working member time. should i just carry a copy of my credit file and re-pay one at a time myself??Answers: draw from a copy of your file and try and gross arrangements with the companies you owe yourself.
At the ruin of the day, as much as they want their money, they usually adopt what you offer.
Be honest and share them how much you can afford to pay, at the cease of the day, if they took you to court and the settle decided you could solely pay lb5 a month, the companies would own to accept it.
Go to free credit running advisor, G00GLE it. or CAB, only progress for debt consolidation companies as a very closing resort, as that will just join lb100's or lb1000's for interest depending on what you owe.
ya they will help you but it will cost ALOT more after paying thme on your own.
work with those who are handling your debt.
You've get two issues here you must decide on.
1) What's morally right: Paying your bills is the right entity to do...period.
2) Getting your credit within shape: Yes, that could be something entirely different then opportunity #1. There are some important factor you didnt mention, but I'll explain based on what I know singular.
Im willing to bet those debts (5 yrs. old) are departed the statute of limitations (SOL) for your state which means the creditor could do really nothing to you officially.
check SOL here: http://www.mycreditgroup.com/state.html
Additionaly, being that ancient ...they are probably doing little harm to your rack up. Paying them would re-age the debts making them in view "New debts".
Getting a secured card or two at this stage would almost certainly put on a pedestal your score much faster later re-opening 5 yr. old debts.
Remember - Option #1 is the right entity to do though.
I really suggest you speak to one of these companies that help next to debts, if you haven't already. They should ring all your creditors and arrange a repayments that you can afford. Most companies would a bit you paid a small amount respectively month/week than not pay anything at adjectives.
You should consider working more hours if you can. I have 3 children, and I enjoy worked full time since they were 1, 2 and 3. I hold also studied the whole time too. I know that not everyone is able at juggle as much as I have, and it as be really difficult, but a few hours more can really help.
(If you live within the UK), Have you applied for working tax credit/family charge credit. You will be entitled to more if you work 30 hours or more.
I am sure the idea of working more hours might permeate you with dread, but it can be nice to win away from the little ones for a few hours. You will also feel greatly better when you have taken control of your finances.
p.s. another well-mannered idea is to create a spread sheet next to money coming in, money going out, harmonize etc. I have one and I can relate in mortgage when I am going to be overdrawn, this gives me an opportunity to study what I am spending
Good luck
I've lost my bank card can the details of my card stay the same because i have a big amount of money coming in
Answers: the lost card will be cancelled and useless, the new one will have same number unless you request your bank to change it
even if you do that, your incoming money will get into your account
why didn't you ask your bank when you cancelled the card ??
you need to contact the bank have that card cancelled and ask for a new one to be sent out other wise someone may hack your account with your card !!
the long number on the front will be the only thing that will change as thats wat people need to buy things...your account number and sort code will stay the same !!
so the money being paid into ur account will be fine but make sure u get ur card cancelled and make the bank aware you have a payment due to go into your bank !!
You need to let the bank know straight away, so they can put a stop to it. My bank do not let you have the same card details, because it would mean that the person who finds your card can use it. The bank will issue another card, with a different number on it. If you want access to any money you have coming in you will need to go into the bank to withdraw it (however it shouldn't take too long for your new card).
If you have another account anywhere you could transfer the money (easily done if you have Internet banking) and take it out of that account with your card.
I suggest you speak to the bank. If your card was stolen/ or found you would not want them to have access to your big amount of money.
