Formerly Open and Direct. What a bunch of w*** they have working for them, We missed one direct debit transmittal and they aren't very forgiving.
They wrote a reminder telling us to reinstate our Direct Debit back your next due date and when I phoned up the sunshine I received the letter to variety a payment and reinstate the direct debit, they said they'd charged us lb30. as they sent us a subsequent communication (2 days after the first, apparently, the day formerly we received the first but not received) Saying we had contravened our credit agreement.
Never procure credit with them, their operatives are inflexible and awfully rude.
Answers: I feel for you Paula, intuitively have not gotten credit from them, but know some one else who did, and have similar comments, unfortunately it is not something that we could report to the FTC or BBB, so it is extremely good that you are bringing it to the attention of other consumers.
