Hight credit. Low credit. Which is good? Which is bad? Why?

Answers: My personal opinion is that a 0 credit score is best.
You have to borrow money and make payments on time to get a high credit score.
You have to keep borrowing money and keep making payments on time to keep a high score.
It's an I love debt score.

Pay as you go. Live on less than you make and you will have money.

Save for a cash car. If you don't have any payments you can save money. You will never get ahead with a car payment.

The only time you might have to borrow money is for a home. You can do that without a fico score. It's called manual underwriting. It's not a sub prime loan. It's the way they did it before the fico score. You can get the lowest rates going.
Try to reach 700 or above and you will have it made trust me.

score ranges:
* 760-850 Excellent
* 700-759 Very Good
* 660-699 Good
* 620-659 Marginal
* 580-619 Poor
* 500-579 Very Poor

Is there a time impede on collection of debt in state of Missouri ?

Answers: Written agreement that contemplates the money of money or property: 10 Years, (Mo.Rev. Stat. §5l6.ll 0). NOTE: Under certain circumstances, the contractual statute of limitations may be reduced to five years.

Open accounts: 5 years, (Mo. Rev. Stat. §5l6.l20).

Sale of produce under the UCC: 4 years. NOTE: The statute begin to run from the date when the breach occurred for contracts and from the time of the second item in the explanation on the debtor's side for actions on accounts.

Now if the debt exceeds the states SOL, next all they can do is hound you, they cannot sue you within court for the debt. If they do then you detail the court that the debt is "time barred".
If they continue to hound you, transport the a certified letter informing them that the debt is indeed time excluded and to stop all communications beside you.
There is not time limit on collections, they can hound you till the daylight you die, or until you pay it (which ever comes first).
There is a time restrict that they have to sue you contained by a court of law

Credit collections agency court summons?

if i get notify to appear at a court summons for not paying a credit card bill can i get arrested if i dont show up?

Answers: NO, they do not issue arrest warrant for small claims court (which is where collection agencies go). This is a civil issue, warrants are single issued in criminal charges.
If you founder to appear, you will loose the case, and they (the collection agencie) will win the valise by default. They will next ask the court for permission to accessories your wages, or seize mound funds.

Now there may be some state that does practice this (every state is different within regards to court procedures) but I enjoy not found anything regarding this as of however.
You might think nearly showing up. If nothing else, to find out how much you owe. And to sort it plain that you are not trying to rip them off. Collections agents own to follow certain law and regulations, depending on where you live. You might find out what those law are...

Hope that helps.
no, they win by non-attendance, so I would show up in Court and narrate the Judge that you have no proof that you owe THE COLLECTION AGENCY who PURCHASED doomed to failure debt
and that you signed nothing next to them to agree to pay them.
