Can I claim bankrupcy in need affecting my estranged husband's credit?

We have be separated for 2 years but no paperwork has be filed and I am sliding further into debt trying to construct ends meet. Our be built in 2001 and have cracks in the foundation due to adobe soil and after 3 exotic pumps in 6 years a video of the okay shows a new one requirements to be drilled. How can I fix my Credit report?

I have merely one Credit card that I am paying every month. Credit was $3000.00 the symmetry is $1300.00 I was unpaid for pay simply 3 time by mistake and now my credit is unpromising? there is anything I can do to fix my credit report?
Last past due payment they report month ago, but i never be late more afterwards 10 days in 3 years ( purely 3 time few days late)
Is that true this is going to stay for 7 years even if I pay adjectives the balance?
