Ordering from an Australian online store next to a US credit card?
Has anyone ordered from an out of country online store? I'm interested in a product from an Australian shop online. The prices are shown surrounded by the AUD. I converted it to USD to get an estimate of the difference. If I lay down, using my credit card, would the USD amount be taken out of my account or the AUD price shown on the website?I own ordered from ASOS before, but you can switch to see the prices for your country. This shop doesn't enjoy that option, so I looked-for to see if anyone has ever have experience with a similar situation!
Answers: I live within Australia, when I have ordered from overseas on my Australian Credit Card my edge statement tells me what the charge be say surrounded by American Dollars and then converts that to Australian Dollars (plus any fees) and i.e. listed contained by Australian dollars in the transaction (debit) column. I don't evoke many Australian stores showing overseas pricing, but it shouldn't stop you using your credit card. Yes you will probably own to do a rough conversion yourself. My recommend to anyone is to stay away from credit cards and if you have them compensate them off and cut them up.

There is nil wrong with credit cards as long as citizens use them correctly which means for every sunshine things, never exceeding 30% of their credit limit surrounded by any given month and paying them off within full before the due date.
I have 3 credit cards that I use this road and actually build money off of 2 of them through lolly back rewards.
