If a person requirements to cash a money instruct, he needs to show his ID but the bank clerk (money order clerk) checks ONLY his dub.Is there any expenditure order similar to money charge, in which surrounded by addition of the dub, the address of the payee is checked by cashier too? so even if the pet name on ID is matching to that on Money charge but address doesn't match, the entity can't cash the money charge.

Answers: They don't work resembling that. I understand why you would want to know, but they don't. There is no donation order that does that, because money advice can be cashed anywhere, even low end check cashing stores, who really dont comfort to take the time to check it. Plus, anyone can right to be heard that they recently moved and thats why the address doesn't contest. You can even write a personal check at most places and have a different address on your ID than whats printed on the checks.
