Answers: They can do it immeadiatley. Payday loans are a really bad idea. They charge extremely high interest. If you need emergency funds its better to contact a bank for a personal loan, if possible.

I don't think they have to work with you but it it in the best interest of them to work with you. I think you should try to set up a payment plan and get this behind you.
The loan company will probably turn you account over to collections if you don't contact them to resolve the payment problem.
Sometimes you account is sold to a collections company not even affiliated with the original company you borrowed the money from.
I think court will be the last resort, it is easy for the loan company to obtain a judgment and possible garnish your wages and I think this can be done without you even being involved.
I would simply make arrangements to pay back the money and try to avoid such exploitative loan options in the future.

She have always be great with repaying her debt she say, she does not even pay them minumum, she pays past its sell-by date the whole entity when the bill comes. She said it was the first time she did it. Will this hurt her credit? I have done it since and yes I did get salaried. You wont be able to brand tons of money using survey sites anyway.
