Credit Questions and Answers

What is the difference (if any) with a mastercard (or visa) giftcard and prepaid card?

Answers: A gift card can't be reloaded and it isn't personalized (the company doesn't know your information - name, address, etc).

A prepaid card is like a bank account - you can reload it as many times as you need to, and the company will have your information for the account - name, address, etc... An example of a prepaid Visa card is the Ready Debit card.
