Ive be scammed - ebay!?
So i purchased 2 playstation 3 60gb consoles on ebay from 2 different sellers. Well, after making a sum i get an email from ebay insisting that i do not create the payment as here is something up with the seller account, (a bit too late), and consequently during this week buyers who also bought a ps3 from the other seller emailed me motto they received nothing nor a repayment, so ive been scammed twice this week! So i be wondering, if i call the credit card company and speak it was a fraudulant transaction, should i voice it was unauthorised or should i vote i paid for something and did not receive it? Im afraid i wont procure the funds back if i say-so i paid for an item through ebay and did not receive it? or should i read out it was unauthorised?Answers: Your first chance is through paypal.
DO NOT say that you didn't authorize the transaction b/c you did, and once they confirm that (which they can) they will drop your valise like a hot potato.
I can't create much sense of what happened from your post, but both e-bay and paypal hold separate dispute measures.
You also should have purchased the insurance for the shipment and NEVER concordat with a street trader who won't...that protects you both.
The correct term is: You rewarded for something you did not receive.
Make sure you have the printouts save, confirmation numbers of where you remunerated on paypal, as they should have not solitary popped up on the screen, but paypals sends a confirmation as resourcefully.
Ebay and paypal are both very virtuous at backing up their transactions.
If you compensated through paypal those people DO NOT hold your credit card information.
You gotta be carefull on ebay. this stuff happens every year.
You need to bring information on the seller, and create sure other people own been successfull contained by their purchases from the seller.
Don't steal it to your credit cards yet. Have ebay reverse the transaction. They are the responsible ones for allowing a fraudulent Dutch auction to take place on their system.
this sounds approaching nonsence to me..I really don't believe you have be in contact near other buyers who told you that they didn't get anything...
You didn't bother to check the merchant reputation?
Also, start using paypal.
You need to database a complaint with Paypal first. File and item not recd for both items and escalate them to a claim right away...that's when paypal get involved to recover your money. If these seller only offered $200 within protection, that's all you might go and get back from respectively.
Which lenders or mortgage financial institutions are accepting the Ameridream program?
Do you know any?Answers: Its a program that allows the sellers to essentially pay your downpayment. They present the money to ameridream. ameridream gives it hindmost to the seller. Ameridream is a non-profit so according to FHA you can go and get money from a non-profit.
FHA got rid of this program. October 25th they changed the rule so you couldnt use them anymore. Nehemiah is the singular company that had a free exceed. Nehemiah does what Ameridream does but they have an agreement next to FHA in a departed lawsuit that gave them 6 months extra if FHA changed.
Clearly FHA get sued by Nehemiah and everybody else that does this. The court put the rule on hold. So now they can still do it.
I would suggest using nehemiah. Make sure your loan officer knows what they are doing. Exactly what they are doing. You requirement a trained loan officer to do this. That does them all the time. Otherwise they might mess up the calculation.
Any lender will do them, but it needs to dance FHA so they have to be FHA approved. Find a loan officer that mostly does FHA. MOST HATE FHA. because they dont get the drift how it works and one thing can mess it up. Ask them how several down payment assistance loans they own done. And they dont know what you are talking something like. Get another loan officer immediately. They will a short time ago mess it up.

This is nehemiahs website, it works the same as ameridream but I would use them over ameridream everyday. Doesnt issue to the lender who you use, they are the same nehemiah is purely better.
Good Luck
That's usually something you work out with the home wholesaler. The seller have to contribute your down payment money. Contact Ameridream and ask if here are preferred lenders.
I want to apply for a mastercard credit card, but im just 17? is it possible?
i go to arts school,I have a factor time job and ive work here for more than 7mos.Answers: Yes, you can apply for one but you probably won't get it because most plausible you have no credit. Go to First financial edge and apply for a student credit card, that is what my daughter did at your age, they will dispatch you a credit card and make sure you form your monthly payments on time, the initial credit keep a tight rein on will probably be about $200, but after you put together about 4-6 payments prompt you will start getting offers surrounded by the mail from more reputable credit card companies, I would suggest getting rid of the first financial wall one as soon as you can, when my daughter closed her account they tried to hand over her a $2000 credit limit when she have a $300 limit and I have to pry her fingers from the yes button to talk her out of it but she presently has a really fitting credit rating. Also, I think she have just turned 18 when she applied.
You own to be 18, but you may look into pre paid cards or student cards.
