I also be bankrupt. Mine be personal guarantees for my business. Everytime people said they required them I said "you can only in debt me the once if it doesnt work, so go on then". and guess what, i be right, they did - lol.
bankruptcy is in attendance to allow people to start again, this is why they tend to frown on you doing it more than once. It doesnt take the stigma is used to, but you will still find muppets who dont understand.
moral luck with the adjectives, read my answers to bankruptcy question and you will see how I rebuilt my credit history. My record looks loverly now, although I enjoy moved house a few times in concluding 3 years so that goes against me. but adjectives my credit shows 00000000 overdues, perfect dictation. I STILL GET TURNED DOWN so someone somewhere has "marked" my given name. so much for fresh start lol

Can I open a paypal account without a credit card or bank account?
Answers: I have a Pay Pal Buyer's Credit card that is quite often used and abused ..so i would say yes any way they can get your money they will do it quickly at 30% interest.

Yes you can open an account, but I don't think you can make any payments. If someone is paying you they will mail you a check, but this can take a week or more to get it.

I am 18, i haven't any credit, and i have be trying to build it up by trying to take out small loans or find credit cards. Well, i have be denied of all, because i don't own any credit. I don't know what to do here. If i don't have credit i practically can't build it. I am contained by a trap here and i have no education of how to get out. Can anyone shine some pallid on this problem for me?Answers: The other answer was 100% right.
Look into getting a secured card (a card where on earth you put down a cash deposit equal to your credit limit), assert a low balance and create all your payments untimely (or at the very least possible on time) and after 6 months or a year you should be able to successfully apply for an unsecured card.
Are you a student? If so, you can usually apply for a student Visa from your edge. I know they offer them at Washington Mutual and Bank of America, and probably most of the focal bank chains. Usually if you enjoy never had credit earlier and are a student (and have a sandbank account at one of the banks) you can find a Student Visa with a credit parameter of about $500. Be sure to rate off your card as recurrently as possible and stay on track with the payments. When you are a apt customer you will be rewarded with a difficult credit limit, so you will eventually be applicable for loans and such.
