Answers: Unless you you can sit down with them to discuss it, and they own good reference I wouldn't consider it. You might want to check with your State Attorney's organization to see if they have any reports. If they are registered contained by another state, find out where, and nickname the State Attorney's office contained by the state they are registered. The Better Business Bureau is not a good mention, but check to see if there are reports. Generally as long as they hold paid their dues, they will be contained by good standing, but it is worth the phone give the name to see if there are any complaints. Also, if the company is a scam, the may marry different BBB's and have you contact one that does not own a report against them, so do not rely on this only.

It is possible they basically bought a mailing inventory and are scamming you, but it also possible it is legit. Though not done a lot, deposit deposits are not unheard of. I would proceed as if it is a scam until proven otherwise. If you need it, it might be worth checking out, but do not do anything near them until you are positive they are legit. If they called you, lacking you applying to them directly, a very colossal RED FLAG should be raised.
It is beyond doubt, positively, a scam.
This is what they always do; they ask for upfront money, and hope to appeal to your greed of getting the bigger amount.

First of adjectives NOBODY loans someone $50K who has credi questionable ample, that they then supposedly call for a security deposit.
It's a ripoff, don't do it!
It's a SCAM plain and simple. No if's and's or but's roughly speaking it.

Any company that asks for money in advance(for any reason) is a scam. If you dispatch the money, which they most likely will want through Western Union, you won't see that money or the loan.

What do I wright to credit card companies to close my picture?

Ok this might sound dumb, but im really trying to clear up my credit. I hold no clue as what I should wright as far as writing the credit card companies and asking them y all my cards that are rewarded off to close them, right in a minute they say compensated or paying as agreed also they ALL say revolving accounts and they be closed since 2001 till now. Any assist I sure could use it. dont want to pay someone for something I can do myself.

Answers: It doesn't own to be anything major or formal. Just put within your appropriate information and ask them to close your accounts. Sometimes I will look for template letters online, via a G00GLE turn upside down. You can use the one in the correlation below:

Call the number on the back and abolish. You don't need to distribute them a letter. If you don't want to argue beside them call and transmit them it was stolen and to close it, and you don't want to renew.

Saving money?

i have numerous unpaid bills, i am looking to pay cheque them all past its sell-by date this year which is going to run me 3500 - 4500 dollars, what is the best way to do this, one at a time or put the money surrounded by some sort of special account or something for a year and do it adjectives at once

Answers: Unpaid bills? You mean approaching utilities and stuff, or credit cards?

Pay off the oldest and most urgent first ('we will be adjectives off your phone tomorrow unless you settle up..."), as soon as you can. Even partial payments will generally hold things out of collections. Get everything current (less than 30 days overdue)

After that, pay bad higher interest rate items first. Don't liberate up and wait, you're of late tacking on more interest, plus you're more imagined to spend the money elsewhere. If you have it, pay packet it towards a bill. Trust me, Visa doesn't care if you cause 2 or 3 payments in a month, they are fine beside that, as would any creditor.
