Answers: You can grab a 100% free credit report at the site below.

There's a 30-day trial and free credit monitoring but you can terminate at any time. Just enter your email address on the front page to setup a free membership and download your free credit report. If anyone know of a better site I've never met them:)
http://www.annualcreditreport.com

Totally FREE -- won't even ask for your credit card information and doesn't resort to trickeries in jargon of saying it's free but merely if you subscribe to their services

This is the government mandate site where you can grasp 1 free credit report from the 3 credit bureaus once a year
DO NOT go to freecreditreport.com. It is NOT free... it is a pay packet service that gives you a free report when you sign up and retribution for membership. freecreditreport.com is a total scam.

You ARE entitled to a FREE credit report once a year, per the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You can swot more about this deed and how to order your annual credit report here:

http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/menus/consumer/cr...

It will recount you how you can order your report by phone, by e-mail, or online (at the government mandate site https://www.annualcreditreport.com ).

Can u share me if someone is on social sec. ca and owe 7000. can they do anything to here income?

owe about 7000. but dont own have the money on social sec. is within anything they can do to my income

Answers: As a rule, social security income/disability income is protected to some extent, but the protection vary by state. Generally, it can't be garnished to foot off any debts, especially if it is your sole source of income, and likelihood are, it's probably not as much as if you were working full time, and once you grasp the check, I'm sure that you are using it right away to pay your bills and key necessities.

You should check the laws surrounded by your state to see, but I would bet social security money is protected from creditors -- at tiniest it is in NC. If you're person bothered by a collection agency, I would send them a abstain from and desist letter describing them about your income situation. I can't guarantee that they'll stop bothering you, but they might realize that they are wasting their time and money since, should they sue, they'll return with nothing from you.

Good luck.
Who is it that you owe? I agree next to the poster above but if the money is owed for state or local taxes, it is as good as gone
other astute, they can kiss your hindparts
