Answers: I acutally think that your card does enjoy to have some money on it as paypal in reality places a HOLD on the money to make sure that the card is biddable and that it matches your information...so utter I gave you my dated prepaid and it has jane doe on it, since your designation is not that and our addresses differ, I deem that the card will be rejected.
Why not go to walmart and go and get your own card.
A card can be had for ANY amount plus the activation levy.
If you are selling on ebay you can make up this money within no time flat
A cheaper way to start your paypal would be to just unscrew up a bank explanation (FREE)
and use that account as your confirmation
of your ID near paypal
Just go to your local grocery store and purchase one! It's approaching a $10 activation fee.

Are in that any authentic credit repair companies?

I have really bleak credit alone with file a chapter 7 and a chapter 13 bankruptcy. How can I clear my credit up. And are these so call online credit repair companies legitimate when they read out they can reapair your credit in 90 to 118 days? It so, do anyone know of a website that I can walk to for credit repair help? Or would I hold to hire a antorney to help me clear up my doomed to failure credit? I am not talking in the region of consolidation. I am talking around credit repair. Help!

Answers: If you really want to repair your credit as badly as you enunciate you do, then the first step is to avoid credit repair services. They don't do anything anymore special than you can do on your own. The first article that you need to know that comprehension is power. In order to fix your credit, you should know how your credit is score and how it affects you

1. Payment history- 35%
2. Total debt owed to avialable credit ratio-30%
3. Length of time establishing credit-15%
4. Types of credit established-10%
5. Inquiries and New accounts-10%

With that said, there's 2 things when it comes to bad debts and collection items that you should be aware of, the FCRA and statute of limitations. These are 2 diffferent things. The FCRA(Fair Credit Reporting Act) is the timeframe that denial items can remain on your report which is 7 1/2 years from the date it first went deliquent. For example if a debt first become delinquent July 10, 2000 the legal ceiling that the debt can be reported would be January 10, 2008. Also, there is a seperate statute of limitations that vary by state on how long a debt can be legally enforced. This is different from the FCRA, because depending on which state you live surrounded by the statute may or may not expire before the FCRA.

here's a join for that

I heard it could give somebody a lift up to two years to do it legally, so it would surprise me, I'm sorry to influence. I'd say asking an attorney would be the safest bet.

I could be mistaken though, so well brought-up luck with finding anything!
No - here are no "real" credit repair companies.

They promise what they can't deliver: Erasing accurate negative information from your folder.

Rule one of credit repair is that if you have accurate cynical information on your file -- such as lawful unpaid debts and bankruptcies -- here is no legal style to remove it or mitigate its impact on your credit rating.

Time is the only method out. Almost everything has a time mark out, usually about 7 years, and also, the elder the negative information, the smaller amount weight it is given by lenders.

The solely other thing you can do - while waiting - is to check your credit report beside the credit reporting agencies (transunion, equifax, and experion) to make sure that everything on your credit report is accurate (if here are innacurate negative items, you can lawfully dispute those.)

Remember, stay away from credit repair agencies, they'll only cost you more money surrounded by the end.
The credit report is a honourable way to protect yourself from identity pilfering, fraudulent credit applications, and mis-reported information form a credit source. When you look at your report it is important to report anything that does not look correct so that the fruitless information can be removed from your report. You can sign up to receive it annually and that way you can hold on to track of it periodically.

If you never had credit or taken out a loan it is still celebrated to check your credit report because if someone was competent to obtain your social warranty number they could have fraudulently open accounts in your identify and not paid the bill, this will show up as refusal on your report and should be reported.Ok, Parents are away for the week.. Is paypal safer than using your debit card directly on ebay?

Answers: Paypal is absolutely safe. It is an Ebay company that acts as an escrow account between you and the buyer. You say how much to pay, and it holds it until the buyer verifies that they have sent your purchase. If you gave a bad Ebay person your debit card, they could overcharge it and you would have to fight to get it back. With Paypal, if you don't get your product, you can file a complaint with Paypal and they will get your money back for you.

The only thing you should be aware of is this: There are many scam companies out there that will E-mail you "from Paypal" saying that there is something wrong with your account, or that they paid someone from your account. If you click on the email and log on, you have just given your private info to a fake company. NEVER accept anything from Paypal if it comes to your Email. If you are in doubt, go to Paypal's direct website and logon...then look for those warnings in Alerts to see if it's a real alert or not.

Hope this helps.
Paypal is terrible pls dont fall into that trap. They freeze your accounts for no reason. They also withdraw money from your accounts.

pls read some of these stories...http://www.paypalwarning.com/
I'd be very careful about how/who you give your debit card number to.
PayPal gives an extra layer of security for your account numbers. I've never had any problem with it.
YES it is much safer to use paypal.
If you give your debit card to someone (that you dont know) they could give your numbers to anyone on the planet
please do NOT do this I dont care how many great ratings this seller has
