Why do landlords compensate $85-$100.00 for judgement to collect from non-paying renters when they could collect free

why?

Answers: Generally it is to get the regulation on their side. Once a judgment is enter the landlord have many option open to them because the ruling gets put on the tenant's credit report.

The first item they get is to allow other prospective landlord's know that this tenant have an issue. The second items they get is that if the tenant ever tries to buy a house the mortgage company will require them to clear the sensitivity before they will sort a loan. This will allow the landlord to attain paid.

Other things the innkeeper can do is sell the result off to a collection agency, write the shrewdness off as a doomed to failure debt to lower their taxes. There are many benefits to spending the few dollars to capture the judgment.
Funny, I don't see where on earth you elaborate on how it is that "they could collect for free"

Why is that?

I bring strange phone call from other states asking for individuals i dont know. and its involving credit/money...?

So, for one, I'm a woman, and for two i one and only have a debit card and i checked it and in attendance arent any strange charges and i also recently checked my credit score/history and nil new be there. is this a grip of stolen identity? or they seriously got the wrong number? cuz i live within southern california not nevada or new mexico. if they used my social wellbeing number wouldnt they have to use my dub as well? and why would they use my cell number?

Answers: I wouldn't verbs too much. Somebody probably just used your phone number as a deceptive number. I doubt if they have any other information on you. They probably newly made up a number at random and it happen to be yours. Just tell them that you've never hear of this person and it's be your number for a long time, so it must be a fake.
hey,

it's probably because the individual who had your phone number earlier you owed places money, so they call your number, but the party before you canceled that reason, but the companies don't know it.

I hope that helped!
Phone companies recycle out-of-date numbers way too hastily.
I had impossible to tell apart problem when I got my 1st cell phone.I be getting calls 3-4 times a week from bill collectors looking for some female I never heard of since.
After 2 years of this I finally got my number changed.
Just don't provide any of YOUR personal information to anyone that call you on the phone.

I don't like to even verify information anymore.
You probably get reissued some loser's old phone number.

Ways to get going building credit?

I am 17 right now and I want to bring back a head start on building perfect credit. I need the routine of doing so though. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

Answers: your best bet will be getting a credit card, which at the begining will own high interest rates and a charge but this will be the only method to get you going, but once you enjoy use this card for about 6-9 months and you hold paid your bills on the dot and all that correct stuff you could apply for a better one and drop the first one, then you could try to return with a small car loan or personal loan to endow with you more credit. that is how I get started credit is hard to achieve so when you get it give somebody a lift care of it, check out www.fastcreditcardapprovals.com and run under poor or no credit screened-off area and it will give you a record of credit cards for you. good luck
clear a checking account (you may own to have a parent on the explanation as well) and don't let the match fall below not anything. Credit Cards require you to be 18. If you get one when you turn 18, don't convey balances! You APR will be over 20% and you will be paying huge interest payments. When you put together a purchase on a CC, always foot it off at the wrap up of the month, don't just brand minimum payments!

Good luck!
The only course to "build credit" is to borrow money and make payments in good time. The only track to keep a soaring fico score is to keep hold of borrowing money and keep making payments prompt. The only entry you get is debt.

Pay as you walk.
If you live on less than you engender you will have money.

The just thing you might want to borrow money for is a home loan. You can do that without a fico gain. It's called guide underwriting. It's not a sub prime loan. It's the mode it was done earlier the fico score. You can draw from the lowest interest rates going.

Save for a good used change car. you'll never obtain ahead with payments.
No payments = brass in the dune
