Should a fine that be imposed on me when i be 15 be on my credit report very soon?
got arrested when i be 15 for trespassing.got sent to court, have to pay a fine, i THOUGHT, my dad salaried the fine
i guess he didn't
i now owe 800 some atypical dollars, and this is on my credit report
it even says on the credit report that it originate from 04, when i was 15
why is this on my credit report
shouldn't my dad be responsible?
how can i receive this off, besides paying for it?
Answers: You be 15 when you got arrested. Your father be responsible for what you did. He is responsible for being a father. He be responsible for paying the fine. He shirked his responsibility on all counts, and very soon you are left next to ruined credit. Next time you see Daddy tell him thankfulness for being a deadbeat loser. :-)
Edit: Go to the court the fine be imposed through. They might be able to guide you through the compulsory steps. Also write a letter to adjectives 3 credit company's and tell them you be only 15 surrounded by 2004 and therefore be unable to enter into any legally recognized contract or plea agreement. See if that works. It is all I could infer of.
why should your dad be responsible?? was it him trespassing ?
it's on yur credit report so that folks who lend money know whether u pay your bills or not..
u can't take off
payment it
Your crime, you pay. It shouldn't be your Dad's responsibility to bring care of something that you did wrong.
It is on your credit report because it be never payed.
Why should your dad be responsible for your trespassing fine? Nice if he said he was going to but he isn't responsible for it.you are.
Basically you enjoy an outstanding fine which is something that credit agencies are definitely going to want to know give or take a few.you don't pay your debts.
Ask your dad if he remembers paying it. He can budge back to his dune records and see. It may be that since he rewarded the fine, it never showed up on your credit report. But he's not responsible for paying it, you are because you were the one who get arrested. Things can stay on your credit report somewhere between 7 to 10 years before going away.
You're right. At 15, you be a minor and not legally competent to enter into any legal contract, plea agreements included. It be your parent's responsibility to pay this fine. Parents are responsible for their children lawfully up until the age of 18.
It's still on your credit report because it hasn't been 7 years since it be reported. If it went on your report within 2004, it won't come off until 2011 (or 2012 depending on what month it go on)
It's on your credit report because your ssn was reported. Children can and do enjoy credit reports. Have you asked your father if it's on his report too? It would be interesting to see if it is.
Can one find the Cardholder Account Number of a Mastercard when they enjoy the first 6 and concluding 3 digits?
Can one find, by use of logarithms or other, the Cardholder Account Number of a Mastercard when they have the Issuer Identification numbers (the first 6) and the concluding three check digits?e.g.
(5 1 2 3 4 5) 6 7 8 9 0 1 2 (3 4 5)
If one had the numbers within the brackets, could they find the rest?
Answers: Yes, you can find the rest of the numbers, and you will find many different combinations also.
How to slaughter payday lenders?
I have too frequent payday loans; my outgo is exceeding my income. I plan to close the checking account used to protected the loans, then distribute certified letters next to payment proposals. No checks be written; these were internet transactions. Is this a honest plan?Answers: My mom got one of those on the internet past and they kept withdrawing money from her account course beyond the amount she borrowed. Some of these are major scammers. She closed the checking story when we moved to Nashville but they caught up to her and sent her collection notice and she finally started paying off the amount they claimed she owes and finally she compensated it in full but the interest be so high! That's why she owed so much I guess. It's not really a obedient idea to find involved with these things because they're really not doing you a favor. They aren't surrounded by business for you. They'll make a huge profit bad of you.
As for fixing the situation you're already in, you should contact respectively one and make gift arrangemetns. If they won't work with you later you should probably close the account and start sending them payments to carry them paid past its sell-by date.
i had that problem. i a moment ago pretty much called and worked a clearance plan out. they are usually good beside that most of the time. it just depends on the light of day i guess. but yeah just ring up and work out a payment plan beside them.
