Answers: the credit card can stay on your report for up to 7 years after you close them, the limit only says what it used to be as long it is say that it is closed then it is. If they be never paid belated then you want them to stay if you remove them afterwards your credit score will step down.
You don't want this good credit history removed. It help your score. Removing them would truly decrease your evaluation.

I read a law book and it said...as of immediately the contract with the credit card company I hold is void because i cant enter a officially binding contract, but if i pay after i turn 18 i would enjoy made the contract legal. So is it best to not payment? and stop using it when I trun 18

o and if you just wanna speak be responsible and pay the debt...set free your time and mine.

Thanks

Answers: Why did you apply if you knew that you be underage? It sounds like your nouns are hanging surrounded by the balance if you are even considering not paying your debt. The credit card company did not incur your debt. You did.
Like I said the first time you asked this cross-examine, why would anyone intentionally commit fraud?

Your nothing but a lier and a mugger trying to hide trailing the fact that your a minor.

I'll most expected get a ruin notice for wise saying that but I really do not care. Every one that I hold is for telling the truth.
It seem as if you intentionally set out to defraud the CC Compnay. I think they would own every right to come after you within their trial means. What information did you make a contribution them on your application. What is your source of income? Did you put your age on the application, date of birth?
I suggest that you pay what you charged, and later call them and notify them surrounded by writing that you want to close the account. They will report to the credit bureaus the defaulting, and that will follow you for seven years regardless of whether or not you were underage when you applied for the card. Then you will hold to devote a lot of time disputing the article to try and get them to remove it from your credit files.

You are a minor immediately, but if this is an indication of how you plan to behave with your adjectives adult business life*WARNING!
DANGER ! You are head towards self-destruction and a high credit risk to the credit industry.
"o and if you only just wanna say be responsible and pay envelope the debt...save your time and mine."

I suggest you are wasting your time asking this question again. Obviously, you don't want a definite answer. You are looking for folks to agree with you and put in the picture you it's okay to fraudulently get a credit card, run up the bill, next not pay.

So step ahead and do what you plan on doing anyway. Don't worry that even tho you are underage, that default credit card account is going to be on your credit report for 7-1/2 years.

When you turn 18, you'll hold trouble getting a decent interest rate credit card or vehicle loan. That poor score will impact potential employment and your motor insurance will cost more.

What goes around, comes around -- threefold.
