If someone else messed up your credit and changed your birthday you can contact the police and credit bureaus, etc to get your credit fixed (ie somebody took out cards beside your Social without you knowing or something). If you messed up your own credit by giving a false birthdate to find yourself a credit card or whatever, you requirement to pay the bills and build your credit posterior up over time. Trying to get out of it won't work and will singular get you into even more trouble.
They won't agree to you change your social unless in that is identity theft or something and its not uncomplicated to do. Don't try to lie to the SS organization or anything to get a contemporary number & hide from your desperate credit- its a bad theory legally and the debt collectors will probably find you anyway.
