While i'm disputing an item on my credit report will it show up to potential landlords, employers & creditors?

Answers: The dispute will not show on your credit report...however, if you win it will be off in 30 days.

As far as checking credit, pulling your own credit does not hurt your score. Other people pulling your credit brings your score down temporarily.

Check out the article below to see how your score is graded and what you can do to make you look incredible to potential landlords, employers and creditors.

Hope this helps.
When landlords look at your credit report they arent looking at the same one that employers and creditors look at. There are many types of Credit reports and they all look different depending on what they are used for. A report pulled by an insurance company is going to have different information then a landlords version and to an employer. So I am going to have to say that it depends on the item in question. But usually when you are disputing depending on the type of investigation the account does not show, or shows that it is under investigation.

How long after my judgement is paid of does it clear on my credit report. SD.?

Answers: Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act it will show for 7-years or when the statute of limitations runs out whichever is longer.

Like the other poster said the longer it shows on your credit the less affect it will have on your score since credit scores are based 90% on the last 24-months of activity.
7 years.
But as time goes by, it affects your credit score (FICO) less since it is paid.
Just make sure to check with all 3 credit bureaus to make sure it says Paid.It may take up to 90 days for it to reflect that it is paid.
You can check your credit report for free once a year at www.annualcreditreport.com
If it hasn't been marked as paid in 90 days, you can use the 'dispute' function and they will check it out and correct it.
Worst case 7 years from the date you paid it off

best case 7-1/2 years from the DOFD (date of first deliquency)
