Ok, the yahoo community has convinced me to engineer an attempt at repairing my own credit. Question. Can I negoiate charge off's with innovative creditors. Some accounts have not be turned over to collection agencies but written off as charged rotten. Can I negoiate with an inspired creditor to have these removed from my credit report?Answers: That's biddable that you're taking the initiative to repair your credit, you won't regret it. I really think you can. The worst that they can say-so is NO!
But really, why would they...if they charged it off, they be not expecting any money at all so anything they get will be gravy.very soon when you do talk to them, if they do agree to the amount you propose, hold them send that to you surrounded by writing before you dispatch ANY money. Send them money via a postal money order (so you can track it) and you can also write salaried in full on the money direct to avoid problems later.

also go to www.ripoffreport.com and put surrounded by credit repair and see how many nation did use on of those companies and how badly they get ripped off...afterwards pat yourself on the back since you will NOT be one of those citizens

most are willing to do a settlement and if they do afterwards take them up on it
BUT.there's other a but.they will probably "update" your credit report.not "remove" it
So if they say "yes we will remove it from your credit report" afterwards GET IT IN WRITING
Have them fax something to you that clearly states that they WILL REMOVE it from your credit report (not update). If they hold up their end of the negotiate then step ahead and pay them but not until you attain that in writing

Is it better to have a comment as "rewarded in full" on my credit report or lurk until 7/2009 (the 7 years) to have it removed? If I pay packet it in full will that remain on my report for another 7 years? Will it be unenthusiastic?Answers: What would be even better for your cause, if you negotiate a "pay to delete" which is a sum in exchange for removing it from your report. You can't other expect the credit bureaus to follow the FCRA 7 1/2 year reporting statute of limitations. By negotiating a "payment to delete", the debt is satisfied, hopefully removed from your report!

Of course it will be denial!! Have you compared the account on adjectives three of your credit reports.do they all three report exactly duplicate? If not then that medium someone is reporting incorrect information and has to remove it by directive. Is the account beside the original creditor or a collection agency? If it's a collection agency are they licensed surrounded by your state and theirs? Have they sent you proof it's your debt and they own it? Have you verified it with the credit reporting agencies? Please do adjectives of the above before you even reckon about paying this with the sole purpose to have it remain on your credit report.Can i use it for internet purchases? from places like amazon.co.uk for example
Answers: no u necessitate a debit or credit card you need a visa logo or mastercard lolg etc cirrus a short time ago means you can repeal cash from currency machines in other countries ie spain that display cirrus (like intermingle machines in uk )
The Nationwide lolly card is designed for use in ATM and nought more. Either ask for an up-grade with Nationwide, if they won't do that, receive a prepaid Visa card for internet use.
I use 3V and it is cheap and works really well. Check it out.
