I involve acredit card & early, do any bank issue in a week?
Has anyone had any experience next to this? Wanting to book car hire within Spain but they are saying I entail to produce a credit card in my entitle when I get in attendance. Help...anyone??Answers: From prior experience, I would say to try Orchard Bank(HSBC). But I'm not sure give or take a few if you're able to use it for International purchases.
14 days. when mine bring lost or compromised that is usually the minimum. Maybe a debit card in half a shake.

Like the others before me I believe this is promising a scam.
You may be thinking: If she is sending me money how can it be a scam?
First, she (if it is a she) may ask to wire money to you. If so that requires you provide wall account / routing information. That information can be used to bear money as well as dispatch.
Second, there are scam wherein money is processed through someone in the U.S. and cable transferred to outside the U.S. In such a scam you do in certainty receive money but it does not belong to the person that sent it to you. You dispatch money to them that can't be recouped but when the authorities come to you later you will be responsible for all the money that come into your account whether you sent it on or not. You'll be view as a party to fraud and could be subject to criminal prosecution.
Also as noted above anyone using yahoo,com, hotmail.com, gmail.com as their primary address is potential hiding behind the anonymity that allows them to create such accounts. Reputable business ethnic group wouldn't be using these as their primary email addresses.
