No ruin is not something I really want to do where can I research this I live surrounded by Texas.

Answers: What a bunch of worthless answers.

There are two time lines involved, the first is governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and it say that derogatory accounts show on your credit for 7-years from the date of first delinquency this works out to 7-years and 180-days.

There is no way to remove these accounts until that time this time line runs out and nought resets it.

The other is the statute of limitations which varies by State and type of debt, this is the permissible time that creditors have to come after you surrounded by court once this time line pass the debts are considered time barred, this time dash can be reset by any payment and within some States even by admitting that the debt is yours.

As far as getting the collection accounts removed this can simply be done by a pay for delete agreement which simply say that in return for your expenditure they agree to remove the accounts from your credit get this contained by writing before you recompense anyone a dime.

Is this a dignified interest rate on credit?

16.24% variable APR, on an Amazon card.
Is this really glorious?
We have no credit cards but we are shopping around right in a minute.
Thanks

Answers: any interest is a high rate.
stay away from credit cards. All they are is a crutch that will eventually break down on you.
Pay as you move about. Live on less money than you clear and you will have money.

Check out http://www.daveramsey.com and listen to his radio show. He have lots of great advice on money and debt. It doesn't cost you a dime to listen.
Why do you call for a credit card?

16.24% is medium-high, but "variable" means they can renovation it whenever they want.

If I’m sent a “Pre Approved” Credit Offer, why do they other turn me down after I submit it?

I mean, I know my x f*cked me and f*cked me well-mannered when it comes to my credit so I am not surprised that I am turned down BUT why is it that they have me “Pre Approved” consequently turn me down?

That makes no sense… Doesn’t “Pre Approved” stingy that they have looked at my stats and settled to APPROVE me?

Why turn me down?

I have started to give somebody a lift the pre-paid return envilopes and filling them near tons of random, fatty stuff and a letter demanding that they stop sending me applications which could be stolen and used contained by stealing my Identity so the numbers of app's have be slowly dwindling... (One envilope weighed almost a pound.)

Answers: When you are sent pre-approved applications, they did not look at your specific credit history. What these companies do is request a catalogue of names that stumble upon specific, very broad, guidelines. Then when you in actual fact apply for it they pull your credit report to determine if contained by fact you do qualify or not.

Sending adjectives of this stuff back make you feel better but it really won't seize them to totally stop. If you want them to stop you need to stir to http://www.optoutprescreen.com . This is the official site run by the Credit Reporting Agencies. Once you "opt-out" they will no longer hand over your name out for these pre-approved applications.
to err is human to really foul things up take a computer. it's all automated, base on some old info is my guess.
