Paypal. Cant discharge for anything!?
I just get my visa electron today and added it to my new paypal side. Well i won something on Ebay but when i try to pay i capture the following message.We were inept to verify the credit card you are using with this transaction. Please check that the credit card information you originally provided PayPal is still correct.
Please facilitate!

Creditxpert credit gain vs fico win?
what is the difference between these scores when i check my fico.com they speak my fico score base on my equifax credit report is 613. Due to the price of my fico being high than i can afford i decided to shop around and found my credit guardian.com they pull adjectives three of my reports but they use creditxpert not fico. creditxpert says my score are experian 667 equifax 615 and transunion 665. Now are those scores highly close to my fico scores or are they channel different? If they are different does anyone on average (rule of thumb) know if my fico's are higher or lower after creditxpert scores.Am i wasting time and money on creditxpert score?
