So your credit report will verbs to show you behind until you eventually bring it caught up. Also if you miss even one recompense while in forebearance the mortgage company will usually start foreclosure right now.

I'm not sure how to do it, but you will be paying about $120 a month in interest. If your payment was $450, ($120 a month interest plus $330 a month for 60 months on the principle) you would pay it off in less than 5 years.but I'm not sure how much less.
Banks and mortgage people have computer programs that can tell you exactly.
