Credit Card Imprints?
So I visited California and ordered pizza for labour with my credit card. I read my numbers and expiration date over the phone and did not own a problem with that. When the nativity driver got to my house he asked for my credit card to trademark an imprint and showed my license for verification that it be the same moniker on the card. As i saw he simply made the imprint by putting the carbon receipt over the card and rubbing it near a pen so that it showed my full credit card number, name, and expiration date. Now what i am wondering is if this a adjectives practice or something i shoulv'e been scrupulous about. Does anyone hold any sites that list the rules and regulations on this? The single thing that really bugged me be that the credit card imprint was the full numbers and did not block the later few digits.Answers: Don't worry. They maintain this as backup in bag you call the credit card company to dispute the charge. The store immediately has proof that the driver certainly saw a credit card with your mark and number.
