Credit Questions and Answers

Can a credit card within defaulting hail as my within law??

I HAVE BEEN LATE ON MY CRIEDIT CARDS AND THEY HAVE BEEN RECENTLY CALLING MY FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL AS MY INLAWS. THE CARDS ARE IN MY NAME AND MY HUSBAND HAS NEVER BEEN ON THE ACCOUNTS. THEY ARE FROM BEFORE I WAS MARRIED. ARE COLLECTION COMPANIES LEGALLY ABLE TO CALL FAMILY MEMEBERS THAT WER NOT LISTED ON THE ACCOUNT?

Answers: just one time ,and explicitly only to ask for adress confirmation . this does not enjoy to be given . the second call notify state/ province consumer protection board . charge these sobs next to harrasement . they are definafinatly bottom feeding rabble , cowards . when the situation is reversed they run to the police . went after my wife ably her mother was terminal next to cancer , ran approaching the cowards they are . next contact , make clear to them correspondence only . thet will kind assine threats re repos etc . idle threats
Legally, I don't believe they can contact anybody who be not listed on the article. Notice how I said legally. Just because they're doing it doesn't close-fisted they are doing it legitimately. I would get the collection company's christen and contact your local better business bureau or check with your attorney general's organization and report them. There all other different rules in different states and the collection company may not even be located contained by your state, so you may have to contact another state's attorney broad. Good luck to you!

Getting an auto loan?

I am looking at getting a 2007 Dodge. My total monthly income is $1,100. My credit score is 690. I with the sole purpose have a 50.00 credit card clearance a month. No house payment, a moment ago my utilities. I have a $6,000 down grant. Will it be difficult for me to get an auto loan for going on for $10,000 or $11,000? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in mortgage.

Answers: Usually the minimum income requirement is $1700 per month or more to get an auto loan. Your $1100 per month would not qualify you for an auto loan.

Remember though, when calculating your monthly income, the lenders use your "Pre-tax" income, not what you rob home.

Plus, you really don't have any established credit even though you hold a credit card. Banks look at it like almost anyone can go and get a credit card. You may need a co-signer to start.

It also depends on your time at your current opportunity, and how long you have lived at your current address.

Be prepared, and bring along a current paycheck stub and your 2007 W-2

Finally, if they do approve you, WATCH your interest rate!

I think Mark's right the simply way would be to seize a co-signer.

But you never know these days auto dealer are desperate for sales, dance in and ask for at hand opinion.
You want to just buy a motor with the money you have--there's no sense to get into that munificent of a deal. Sounds approaching you're young. Buy a reliable sports car with the money you enjoy and then use the rest--if any is moved out as an emergency fund for if your car have problems.

$1100 is not a lot of money to switch a car clearing and credit cards and utilities and anything else life throws your bearing.

Good luck with anything you decide to do!! :)

Your income is really low..buy a $6K outright....gas/insurance/blown gasket/oil..

If you're a male contained by your early 20's you'll reimburse thru the nose purely for minimum insurance coverage...don't add a saloon payment to that...while adjectives your friends are struggling to keep their pretty sports car in their driveway, they can't afford to budge anywhere in it!!

5. Be sure you own a variety of credit history - revolving accounts, installment loans, etc. This will show you are gifted to handling a variety of types of credit and can serve your score.
