As I was calling to engender my first car expenditure, the finance company told me they did not fund my loan. I own had the sports car for 6 weeks now and the hawker did not call to communicate me. I live in Michigan, in a minute the dealer desires the car put a bet on. Is there a time time limit on when they can request a car backbone? What are my legal rights?Answers: Usually when that happen the dealer tries to work out another financial promise. Higher interest rate because the credit is not good satisfactory for the best but they still try and suck you in.
Call your states consumer affairs department and see what the laws are for you fastidious state.
Most of these "drive off" loans financed thru the dealers contain fine print that say final approval rests with the lender (not the dealer). In this armour, it appears they disapproved the loan.
