Cancel stupid gym devotion??
Hi, I have a bias at Bally's... I tried cancelling my political leanings, completely willing to salary the "$50 cancellation fee" But the merely catch, which be unbeknownst to me, this fee is solitary accrued when cancel a membership because of moving out of the 25 mile mark out of a Bally's. Otherwise, I am not "allowed" to cancel it. I NEED to go against because I am working full time, going to school full time, and my lifestyle have changed significantly since the time that I signed this contract. When I signed the contract I had NO belief about these stipulations, the principal just said near would be a $50 fee if I needed to go against this membership. The bias is extremely limited, as I can solely go 3 days out of the week. I don't know what to do.. I can't settle up for this membership right in a minute, what should I do?Answers: lol.. you go 3 days per week.. that's GREAT.
Get on the phone, and overthrow it, period if you want. Don't tolerate them talk you into circles.. this is easier said, afterwards done.. since I pay $70/month and haven't gone since rash November.
Call your states Attorneys Generals office that might be competent
to tell you what to do.
Yikes. Couldn't it effect you credit? I have a membership that I couldnt reimburse and since I couldn't cancel, I merely let the payments shift. Big mistake. Now, I cand even get a wal-mart card! I cant even take a gas card. I have to hang about for it to drop off of my credit. Even if i payed adjectives of it off, it tattered my history for seven years! I hope you can come up with a better solution than me.
Tell them you've moved & dispense them an address of someone you know that's more than 25 miles away. You'll have to show the gym citizens an electric bill or some sort of proof that you "live" there though. Just acquire a copy of an electric bill or gas bill or something from your friend.make sure there's not another Bally gym surrounded by that area though or they'll relay you to go within.
That stinks. Balley's is really hard to quit for that defence. My hubby had a political leanings almost 10 years ago there and still get things in the e-mail from them (we have moved a few times and they hold following us!). He cut the membership once the 18 months (his contract term) be up.
That is stupid that they only tolerate you cancel if you move. Does the contract run out at any time? or is it for life span? Next time you get a strong views, should think give or take a few getting into Lifetime Fitness or something similar. I quit at Lifetime and didn't get any grief from it at adjectives.
same thing happen to me at another gym, I just go to the DMV, changed my address (used my aunt's address who lived 50 miles away), made a copy of my new driver's license, showed the gym, and canceled the sponsorship. Then I waited 4 months and changed it subsidise to my old address. That be the only process out of it, otherwise I would've had to wages $800.00 to cancel my political leanings. I hate contracts, that be a lesson learned, remember to ask nearly cancellations when signing ANY contract, all contracts own the "fine" lettering at the bottom that none of us bother to read- good luck!
Just as next to cell phone service, don't sign an extended contract unless you fully anticipate being competent to keep the contract. If here is the slightest chance that you won't.don't sign the contract...It's other better to pay a sophisticated monthly rate with no contract than to sign a cheaper two or three year contract that you can't grasp out of.
You'll have to hang on to paying this until the contract expires...Of course you can always lately quit paying.but they'll turn it over to collections...which will damage your credit.
Call them and describe them you moved to Winnfield, Louisiana...Ive already looked it up on bally's total fitness website and there arent any locations fundamental Winnfield. The zip code is 71483...use that to find a business address and present it to them. Maybe they will let you stale the hook!!
Good luck!!
Can I sprawl around my age to get hold of a Credit card?
Is it safe to deceit on a cerdit card appliction so I can get a credit card. Because the lone reason why I stipulation one is for business/emergency purpose only. But I too young at heart to even apply for one.Answers: Sure you can but be warned, it edge fraud and is a felony.
No, that's fraud and you absolutely can draw from in trouble for it.
If you're a minor you enjoy parents for "emergencies."
first..in attendance is a federal law against it and second the credit card company will know
Honesty is the first chapter of the book of knowledge.
That would be fraud. Fraud is a felony.
While you won't be penalized, your parents would be liable for your debt and should charges be file it would be against them. You have no instrument to repay the debt AND a check of your credit report will show you underage based on your social protection number. Short of that you are comitting bank fraud. It's not fun to live surrounded by a juvenile detention center or foster home. Think before you stroke.
No,you can't lie. They want your dob and ss# to check your credit.
yeah u can lie.. i did when i get my Macy's card. i was 17 and lied bout my b-day everything else be true like my SS# and adress.. but still get approved! but honeslty if your not 18 yet.. your probably dont involve a credit card yet... the individual other option is ask your parents to put you as a inferior in one of their cards... if your responsible plenty.. cuz credit can either label or break your life!
yes you can story but you wont be approved
when they run your social security number they will know
be a child while you can; have a credit card is a big responsibility and you dont need to hold debts
You probably won't get caught, but if you're a minor and you do procure caught, you can be charged with fraud, which is a felony.
I have 2 kids, no spouse im 23. i made about 18k last year. any idea what my refund will be?
Answers: If you look at your W2 for 2007. Add up all the taxes paid to the Federal Government as FITW. That is probably the amount you will get back. At your income rate and assuming there is not other outside income or alimony, etc and that you can claim both children, then you will more than likely get everything back that you paid in for the regular tax.
If you are thinking about the rebates that are proposed in the new tax bill that President Bush proposed, it will possibly be at least $900.00, and maybe as much as $1200.00.
Not enough information here to be sure. Do you get child support for either of your children?
Do you live with someone else (can they claim you or your kids as dependents?)
Do you recieve any state assitance
Are your children in daycare (not grandma's house but a daycare with a tax ID)
What did you claim as your withholding?
