ive just booked a few night away for valentines and they asked for a credit card number to reserve the rooms. they said no money would be taken unless we didnt turn up and then 1 night payment would be taken. this happen last time i booked somewhere and im not worried give or take a few not going cos i know i am. i want to know where they store the credit card number? is it lately in their computer? they obv dont process the card until you dont turn up so how do they even know someone aint of late made the number up? very strange!Answers: Your information is safest at a importantly reputable and well-known hotel where on earth the information is stored on a secure computer. In most cases it is stored in the computer. Even if they don't put a charge on the card until check-in, they can still put a hold on the card for the amount of the room charge to engineer sure the card is legit.
