I don't have the first clue on how to approach this and i don't get hold of crap for answers when i G00GLE it. Please help someone i am almost 23 and i can't build my credit because i don't know what my problem is.

Answers: You may enjoy changed your address too many times, or they may not even enjoy it listed contained by your credit history, which can be normal. Also, if you don't own any credit established, that could be another issue. My suggestion would be to open a checking and stash account, along next to a secured credit card. At least you're establishing credit beside your most recent information
You are entitled to a free credit report (one per year) from the following site:

http://www.annualcreditreport.com

This will give you a free report from respectively of the three credit bureaus. Your credit score, however, will NOT be free unless you do enroll contained by something or pay for it. To charge a report AND credit score I recommend going to the following site and purchasing the FICO Credit Complete packet:

http://www.myfico.com
Kitch, this person know they have a right to a free report and that's what they be doing.

The problem here is sometimes if you've changed address/moved frequently, its harder for agencies to verify identity. This could simply be the case. You wouldn't want someone else reception your report that isn't authorized.

So, after contacting the agency by phone, ask questions as to why you be denied.

I hope I helped.
Kitch is right, Average Joe is wrong. The problem here is that you go to the wrong site. Freecreditreport.com is some site that is trying to market you things, not give you the free reports. Go to annualcreditreport.com, it's the one and only legitimate one.

Has anyone ever used Credit Guard Of America?

Is it a scam?

Answers: Not heard of that one...but sounds close to another debt consolidation/home equity scam. rule of thumb is to always try to treaty with your local ridge or credit union first. they are roughly competitive and you don't run a high risk of getting scammed!
