First Premier Credit Card?
How do I know if they are breaking the law next to the fine print!? $150 in start up Fees! 10% APR!! OMG! It's highway robbery!! Tell me they are breaking the directive in California near their plastic TRAP. Can I take them to small claims court?Answers: no the 10% is fine but the start up charge is a little illustrious no big deal a short time ago use it to build up your credit
I got dooped up contained by their stuped credit card. Let me tell ya they other find ways to over charge you. They refunded my credit settlement, and then charged me in arrears fee's. I've had payments go and get lost even though I pay online. Did you no they charge 14.00 if you reward via phone each time you settle up that ways? Who charges to pay your bill.
I aversion that company, but my apr isn't 10%, it's only 7.7%
no you should hold read the terms
you have to check thet you read them inorder to get the card.
and i know they suck
but at hand are worse ones out there.
do not procure a cash mortgage there apr is 300%
if you want their card specifically the charges...all legit... adjectives credit cards have the info for you to read... and adjectives the charges..sounds like you did not read the fees and charges.
rescind the card... sometimes by cancelling the card, they will waive the fees...10% is not adjectives that bad for an APR, i.e. fixed for the life of the card...
If you just applied for the card and have not sent them any money your fine. As long as you don't kind that first payment you can close the article and wont cost you a dime.
Don't bother taking someone to court cause you did not read what you signed and they did not come to you, you come to them. (sorry but someone has to detail you)
The theory down this card is that they can charge you $150.00 up front on a $300.00 limit and next as many fees as the regulation allows until you give up. and they flog the debt to a collection agencies for more than you ever applied to the card.
And you know what it's 100% legal!! can you belive that they do it to thousands of those and it's okay cause it's within wrighting in extra small print on the subsidise.
Not sure if you can take them to court, I'm not a attorney. But cards like first premier, tribute, etc prey on populace who are in the rebuilding process or incredibly poor credit scenarios.
If you can solely get standard for such cards keeping them for a year is the maximum you should do with enormously low utility and jump on to better cards once they enjoy done their job of raise your scores.
If you hold near fully clad scores/history better to start of with a secured card from reputed places resembling Bank of America(which will graduate you to an unsecured in a year near good history) or a local credit alliance.
What does a note to a creditor have need of to voice to acquire them to settle a debt for smaller quantity money and to report it as?
never being tardy?According to the fair credit stroke, a letter to settle including a check for smaller number than the amount owed , conditions upon cashing the check are that the creditor must report to the credit bureaus as the account never have been behind time.
I heard such a epistle was idealistic and that they won't reply, or honor such a request, but it can be done under solid circumstances, such as a very unbelievably late bill, or request by an attorney.
Anyone know of the form to write the memorandum in to state it clearly and convey it to the creditor?
Answers: There is a pay for deletion message that works. This is where you negotiate for a lower ballance (approximently 30 - 50%) And they within return send you a missive that you have to forward to the CRA.
Here it is.

Bad credit, do you meditate i will qualify for an apartment?
Ok, so i am kind of contained by a bind. I have to move out by the cease of the month (roommate problems). I have lofty amounts on my credit cards, which I am trying to bring down. My credit is between 577 and 590. I have be living at this apartment for 7 months, and before that lived within the dorms for 9months. I am almost 21years old. I also hold 2 paid bad collections from december 2005. I don't really know who will co-sign, and I don't have another place to step. What do you think roughly speaking this?Answers: Your credit score is all right; it isn't outstanding, obviously, but it won't hold on to you from moving into a rental.
Do you have any income right presently? You'll have trouble finding a place if you don't.
EDIT: ok, you can integer that the place you move into will want you to make 2.5 X the rent, gross. So, $2,300 will typically draw from you into a place that is $920/month.
Credit score can go plentifully lower than 577.
Since you mentioned your jurisdiction, I presume that you're looking for something in Seattle, but you also nouns a bit desperate---so maybe you're considering elsewhere? Landlord/Tenant law vary by state; so also know that in that are states where a tenant can't legally snub to rent to you if you have sufficient income and do not hold any evictions on your record (e.g. California). I enjoy a client who is the H.R. person for the county's sheriff's bureau out here (Cali), and just go through a heckuva time rejecting a prospective tenant upon discovering that he is a known sexual criminal. Obviously, she didn't want him with 10 miles of her rental, but she couldn't officially reject him, even with that brand of criminal history (incidentally, we figured out a channel for her to get around it, but she would enjoy had to pinch him, had circumstances be different.)
But I digress. You don't need a co-signer. You don't stipulation a great credit score. You requirement a steady stream of income, and you need to not hold any evictions on your record.
Hey! I live surrounded by Tacoma! Roomate problems? I've had them too! I get kicked out when my 3 roomates got really religious. They didn't want me in that because I wasn't "converting."
Anyway, I think the basic thing is proof of employment and no eviction history.
Hey, if you're looking for a roomate... (-;
I'm not sure how things work contained by Seattle.
But you can always try a Studio or Bachelor wipe (which don't require much) and just live tight for a few months till you procure things straigthened out.
its very frozen unless you find some one who is a private owner.Usually private owners are much rasier going then cooperate.BAd credit near a large cooperate complex will be tough, Find someone you can work near that can work with you aon a personal even. Be up fron and honest about your impossible credit, but be ready to prove income and well-mannered references. That should over ride the desperate credit.
