When creating an account in the itunes store. why do they ask you for a credit card payment?
Answers: there should be somewhere on the account screen that says skip or add later

Because in internet you pay only in e_cash. Paying by hard cash or checks will delay your shipment/or cause you to go around the store. So to reduce ur harassment and/or hassels you may involve, it always suggest for credit card payment.
How visa electron is used?
Answers: Visa Electron can be used as both debit or credit card available across most of the world except Canada and Australia
Visa Electron is used as normal credid card, except that you can pay as much as you have in your bank account. They don't give you any credid.
Credit Question?
Okay...in 2005/2006 I go all out of control with thse credit cards and be not able to wage them on time. Finally they be all sent to collection agencies. So once I have finally saved up ample money to pay adjectives of the debts off within the summer of 2007, I did just that. Now my press is, all of these things are on my credit report but adjectives show paid...Will this hold a huge impace on me when I'm trying to get an apartment at the expiration of the year? Because now, I am elder and more mature and enjoy a great job...Will the leasing department hold this against me?Answers: Well, the good report is that the debts are paid rotten on your report, and you have a better caring of credit. Whether or not the leasing office will hold that against you remains to be see. If they only look at your ranking and it's low, then it could be a problem because even though you salaried those collections, and they show paid on your report, those collection accounts, shabby your credit. I know that hindsight's 20/20, but had you negotiate a "pay to delete", which is a pay in exchange for removing it from your report which would manufacture it like the collection never happen. If you weren't able to acquire that, the next best entity would be to have them adjustment the account from a collection report to "paid as agreed". I would be prepared to own extra money ready for a larger deposit if the leasing organization decides to furnish you the benefit of the doubt.
The impact will be a lot smaller number by the end of the year so it will depend entirely on how stringent the Apt. Complex desires to be at checking the credit.
