Can Dish Network ruin my credit? If they get my finishing first name wrong?
So I can't keep paying my Dish Network, because I get laid off.I can't compensate it until I get a different job, but meanwhile my dish get canceled.
I have a contract near Dish for 2 years, and I have a 1 year remaining.
So my give somebody the third degree is: Can Dish Network ruin my credit if I don't pay?
I ask this, because on the Bill statement they don't own my last first name right, it's mispelled.
The first name is right but not the concluding.
So can they?
p.s. don't get me wrong I intend to clear, the remaining and hopefully I can cancel dish. Even though I own a contract.
Answers: You're stuck. Have you tried their customer service? You probably gave them your SS number when you signed up, so no event how they spell your name, it still comes out close to mud.
Well I dont know if you call placing a collection on your credit ruin but yea they will. Like the other guy said when you signed up you probably give them your social and it doesn't matter how your term is spelled all you can do is hail as and correct it. You can put billy joe as your name and your social and you will still bring back it on your credit report. The only article is if you ever look at a copy of your credit report the way the pet name is spelled will show that you used it as another name for example I sometimes use my boyfriends ending name on things I shouldnt I know but my credit report have that I go by 2 second names
Can a collection agency include interest to a debt even though they enjoy never made an initial attempt to collect?
I had a gym sponsorship to bally's in 2003 that be sent to collections in 2004. I be contacted by an agency making an attempt to collect but was inept to pay due to financial danger. Since that time, the debt has be sold to numerous other collection agencies. When i was finally competent to pay the debt... which be in 2006, Ballys could not recount me who had the sketch, it was not down on my credit report and i had not be contacted by any debt collectors. I just only just got my credit report and found that the report is now scheduled and that there is a substantial amount of interest tack on. Can this agency collect interest on a debt that they never notified me of? Is it against the decree to not notify a debtor of an attempt to collect?Answers: send this reminder,

Can I redeem the value of the grant card at Hollister if I wrote the pin number? I have $78 on it and I do not want to lose the appeal of it but I am pretty sure I lost the card and I was never given the taking. Is there any course I can redeem the value of the card near the pin?
Thanks!
Answers: I had a Starbucks card once - (of course you register those next to your name and address so it might be a bit different) - I lost the card so I call Starbucks and explained my loss to them, they cancelled the original card and sent me a exotic one. If you have a pin number you should be capable of do the same- just phone up and ask.
nope.
find the card.
