Credit cards aren't really honourable for credit repair. what you want are records from loans, and utility company credit to show that you are competent to manage your money.
As for credit cards, apply for one at your edge or credit union, within combo with your atm. once your start making progress, you'll attain raises on the credit demarcate. That's when you'll know things are working out. It's the only legit process.

Answers: Most of the thirld world countries do not have credit scores. You have to have equity in house to get a loan from the bank. The credit is non-existent or is very difficult for people with no assets.
In Mexico, they do exist, but to a lesser degree. Credit is something new to Mexico.
