Answers: put the card within to pay for your purchase & it will discount the amount from whatever amount is on / not here on the card!
some you CAN add more $$$ to when you run low other you can't..see the purchase agreement next to the card for that answer...
they can be used whereever accepted! if proprietary to a store afterwards obviously one and only at that store :) if visa or master card then whereever they are official!
