For bk court, my lawyer said to bring sandbank statements that reflect our file date June 10th. Does that mean July statements that show June 10th? or the actual month of June statements. To me, both could emulate June 10th. Does any oneknow for sure? We have thousands within medical and not credit card debt, and lost job.

AS IT TURNED OUT, IT WAS THE BEST THING WE EVER DID AND WE LEARNED A DARN GOOD LESSON FROM IT. TODAY, WE HAVE NO CREDIT CARDS. THE ONLY THING I HAVE NOW IS SOMETHING CALLED CARECREDIT, WHICH CAN BE USED ONLY FOR DENTAL OR MEDICAL PROBLEMS. SINCE I HAVE NO DENTAL INSURANCE, I AM GLAD TO HAVE IT.
