Can I draw from a credit if I owe more or less $3000 to the edge?
Answers: This is a very big dilemma. However, keeping service, reversal of penalty, customer care etc., surrounded by view, I rate HSBC as best as on date. SBI Cards too providing like new services, penalty reversals I be aware of they are not at best. It all depends on how you use it, & the purpose of holding credit card(s)
