In April 2008 I disputed a late grant marked DEC 2007 that be inaccurate and it be deleted because I be never late. However, the mortgage company afterwards went stern 2 years and marked my database 30 days late for May 2006. Is this permitted?

Absolutely LEGAL - are you sure that this late remark be not possibly deleted initially because the credit burea could NOT verify the info? Because that happen a lot - the credit bureaus have need of time to investigate your dispute and if in doubt they will delete it and POOF! It shows spinal column up later as a verified item. Unless you, yourself can PROVE to the mortgage company and to the credit burea that you are correct around NOT being tardy then wretchedly you are out of luck. Welcome to the world of credit!! As long as it is accurate, why would it not be legal? So are you adage that they should only be capable of modify your credit for items that are in YOUR favor single?? Good luck with that philosophy!
