Can a collector remove nearby dub from Trans Union, Equifax etc...?

I paid a collection sour in full a few months hindmost, but it hurt my score greatly. Of 5 of the things on my report, 3 are current and contained by good standing, 1 is remunerated, the other is recently remunerated but shows the 2 years of payment history. My gain is low, and i just read that i could own sent a letter to the collector asking them to remove the details from the credit history report with a finaly transmittal agreement... My question is, even though its salaried in full, can they still remove it from the report, or is it too unsettled to negotiate with them... I simply call the one that have been salaried for 4 years, and they said no can do, i have to lurk till 2010 before its taken sour, and i dont want to wait 6 year for the other one to be removed...

Credit Card Bill?

Answers:   Are they ABLE to do it? Yes. Will they? Probably not. Your inclination to settle was your leverage, which you lost when you sent them a expenditure without first making them agree, contained by writing, to have them remove the item bad of your credit report. Sorry.

Is in attendance another credit check for a personal AMEX Card if I hold a corporate AMEX?

YES! You can have these things you rewarded off already removed from your credit report. You must find a letter from respectively debt you paid stating it be paid. Then dispatch that letter to adjectives three credit agencies. KEEP ON TOP OF THEM! They will be able to remove tis bad your credit report once they have those junk mail showing your debt has be paid. You can also do what is call a rapid re-score. You compensate $75 per debt and the with the epistle showing it was rewarded to all credit agencies it comes bad in 5 days! Yes, they can, but they probably won't. I've widely read my lesson due to being told in words "If you pay this the route we want, we'll delete it from your credit report.". I foolishly trusted them and now that it's compensated, they won't do what they stated! Now I know if I ever have this crop up again (hopefully never, but you never know what may happen), I know to get a "Pay for Delete" memo from them BEFORE I pay up. The item on my report won't come rotten until 2011.

Daughter disappeared credit card debt and gone to USA - what do I do?

OC is right, however you can also try sending a "goodwill letter" the a manager at the collection agency asking them to remove their information bank. I wouldn't obsess

Visa Logo Card?

Yes they enjoy the ability to remove their address list. However, this is something you should negotiated BEFORE you remunerated them off. Once you remunerated them off near is no longer any incentive for them to do this for you.

What you can try, but is not guaranteed, is to send within a dispute to the Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian. Sometimes a collection agency will not verify a paid collection. If they do not the Credit Reporting Agency will next just remove the index anyways. If the collection agency still verifies the debt after as long as it is reported with a 0 set off it would be valid. The good report for you is that a paid collection does look better than an unpaid one, and as time go on it will have smaller quantity of an effect on your report or score.
