i have HDFC edge international debit card with matercard logo. i tried to verify my paypal a/c beside it but it was decline. then i created a virtual credit card using netsafe, next i tried to verify again it was decline. CAN ANY1 TELL ME WHY ? i read on the net that vcc of hdfc works to verify paypal a/c but i am not competent to do it. Is it because of mastercard in both the cases. Paypal doesnot verify a/c by mastercard vcc or matercard debit card.?
