was removed underneath upon the fact that the creditor did not reply inwardly the thirty day length .now four months following i recived a collection letter from a drefferent collection agency stating that same bill that i disputed be turned over to them for collection , what do i do now ? can they turned that bill over to a topical collection agency for collection regardless its already being removed from my credit?
