Can I change a money writ that I issued to another party? It have my given name on it (as the "payer" not the payee)

I purchased something on ebay and wanted a repayment. They just sent backbone the money order I used as money. Can I cash it?
And where on earth? I bought it at the post office.

Answers:   You have need of to get a form to transport to the company that issued it. The post office should own that form, they cancel the money establish and pay you final i believe. I doubt anywhere will cash it, b/c surrounded by order to bread it you have to commend it and if you endorse it you are forging! BUT you might try a convienence store that cashes them!

Take it posterior to the same post bureau and see what they can do. Do you have the bill? This may help. The post department should give it support to you if you have ID but I doubt they will tender you back the excise you paid for it if any.
