Can I prevent my wages from one garnish?

My student loan debt is in defaulting and I've tried to negotiate with the company but they want more than I can afford.

Can I clear a collection from my credit report if I never get billed by the hospital?

Answers:   They would hold to take you to court and win a sentence first and then if wage garnishment is court in your State they can accessories your wages.

If they do take you to court be sure and show up near copies of everything you pay every month and copies of your most recent paychack stub this agency you can show the judge that you can not afford what they want you to remuneration and they might lower it.

You can try again to negotiate, but...they can and will garnish, not much to stop them than finding a track to pay rotten that debt.
