Can I put money within my paypal sketch via credit card and later transport it to hoard?

I need to gather up money for a school that I will be attending outside of the US starting january. It is not a federal institution so I can't get student loans (This is what FAFSA and WellsFargo dune told me). The school merely accepts mound drafts so I need to do that from my WellsFargo checking or nest egg account. My CapitalOne credit card charges 22% for currency advances. I be wondering if it'd be legal for me to construct 2 paypal accounts, and pay my checking/savings sketch paypal with a credit card coupled in my unusual paypal account? I know paypal have a monthly withdrawal boundary but I need to liberate atleast $200 a month so I am planning on sending myself $200 each month this style..my credit card's limit is $500, 0% APR for 1 year.

Having Financial Promblems!!?

Answers:   Oh I cant see anything going wrong beside this plan [/sarcasm off]

You do understand that you are not positive 200 per month doing this right? You are borrowing $200 per month. Also know that paypal will charge you like 2.5% or something close to that for a transaction payment for receiving the money. Why not lately work and save 200 per month from your paycheck? It will reclaim you in transaction fees. Also how did you plan to pay cheque off that credit card? If you live next to your parents just gain a job at mcdonads earn min wage working 30 hours per week and dont spend any money and surrounded by 6 months you'll have 5k.

Also 500 dollars is not alot of money to walk to school. And if its out of the country expect to reward at least 1000 dollars for a plane ticket. Where u going to win that money?
