Answers:   You can do one return per year at Best Buy without a acceptance. They log it under your driver's license number. The return policy for most items is 30 days. Some associates are stricter than others on this. I will return old stuff if it's not open and we still sell it at full price (not on clearance). I am definite that you will inevitability the receipt. This is because at hand is a certain amount of days to complete returns and exchanges and minus the receipt they cannot be sure you purchased it from them or that it is inside that time frame. i am pretty sure i will need the recipt!
but if it have been a couple of months they wont help yourself to it back!
you can try but i doubt they will
