Answers:   Don't fritter away your time trying to sue them. It's a frivolous lawsuit that will be thrown out.
Tell the caller (don't ask) that you want to homily with their supervisor, but don't explain to them why. When the supervisor gets on the phone, explain that they hold continued to call the wrong number and you are making a formal request that they stop or you'll be forced to involve your attorney.
If that bluff doesn't work, in recent times start messing with them. Tell them the check is within the mail and dangle up.

1) Make sure they are a true bill collector - get a ring up back number and agent name/number. If they don't grant it to you, it's a scam. Also, be sure to know the name of the business.

2) Report them to your state's attorney nonspecific and the FCC

3) When they call, stay unmoved - say something resembling this: "S/he is no longer at this phone number. Regardless of how much s/he owes you, calling this number will not make this situtation better. You don't enjoy any business with me, and I cannot assist you. If you continue these call, a lawsuit will be brought against you and your employer.

If you can get someone to hold him down, and you own a needle and thread strong adequate, yes, you can sew him. I don't know how well you are at sewing, but probably a sewing piece of equipment won't work.

If I was you, I'd sue the school you went to for letting you travel into public forums with the writing skills of a drunk monkey. Really, are adjectives the people here illiterate? It's depressing.

PS. The moron unfolding you to tell the guy the check is within the mail and to swing up is just another example of extremely discouraging advice given out by clueless idiots on this site. You do that and the guy will preserve calling. How would that get the guy to stop calling? It's amazing what relations say on here.

Contact the Better Business Bureau and database a report, that will get it to stop ASAP.
